For the organizations to do so, it should address the QWL (Quality of Work Life) of the workforce. The following plays the part in the QWL of the workforce:

Improving the QWL of the workforce (by addressing the work life issues) results in increasing the effectiveness of the organization. - Job stress
- Pay and allowance
- Working condition
